Teacher Guidelines for Using Computer Labs
To Sign Up:
Look at the calendar of the lab you are interested in using. When
you decide on an open date, click on Sign Up. An e-mail page will
pop up.
Indicate the day, block(s), and lab room number. Then click send. You will receive an E-mail confirmation
Using the Labs:
You can check out a lab key from the library. Please remember to return it as soon as you are finished using the lab.
Do not allow students to eat or drink in any lab.
Do not allow students to use the computer for activities that do not relate
to the assignment (like game playing, streaming video or music, e-mail,
shopping, etc).
No printing unless the teacher brings paper and instructs the students to
print.
Turn off all equipment at the end of the day, lock the door, and return the key to the library.
E-mail Cody Cannon if any equipment is not working properly. Tell him which
machine it is (they will have numbers) and briefly describe the problem.
